You might be looking for a therapist because the life you've built just doesn't feel like enough. Maybe the career you worked so hard for is now feeling empty or aimless. Maybe your relationships are leaving you feeling disconnected rather than close. Maybe you're realizing how much of your life was shaped by what was expected of you, rather than your true desires.
You know something needs to change, but you don't know how to get there. Therapy can be a space to understand yourself more deeply. A space to feel less alone and start moving toward a life that feels more whole.
Q & A
Describe Your Counseling Style
My approach is warm, curious, and attuned. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe, meeting what hurts with compassion and without judgment.
My work integrates psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches. I keep our work patient and grounded, while also giving you practical tools you can carry beyond our sessions. As we go, you can reconnect with your truest self and begin to build a life that feels more joyful and alive.
What kind of patient do you work best with?
I specialize in supporting high achievers through burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent 7 years at The Boston Consulting Group. From Summer Intern to Project Leader, I experienced firsthand the significant pressure and stress of working in a demanding, up-or-out environment.
