Therapy can be a space to understand yourself more deeply. A space to feel less alone in your pain and start moving toward a life that feels more beautiful.
I work with introspective adults who sense that the patterns keeping them stuck have roots in their early lives, and who know that insight alone isn't enough to change them. Together, we'll process the threads between your past and present, so you can release what no longer serves you.
My approach draws on psychodynamic, trauma-informed training, and an earlier career in management consulting and corporate coaching. I keep our work patient and grounded, while giving you practical tools to carry beyond our sessions.
Together, we'll move at a pace that feels safe, meeting what hurts with warmth and without judgment. As we go, you can reconnect with your truest self and build a life that feels more joyful and alive.

What kind of patient do you work best with?
I specialize in supporting high achievers through burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent 7 years at The Boston Consulting Group. From summer intern to Project Leader, I experienced firsthand the significant pressure and stress of working in a demanding, up-or-out environment.
