“We all have an inner resilience that is asking to be seen. My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with that strength, especially during times when life feels heavy or uncertain. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore your emotions safely, gain clarity about your patterns, and move toward healing and self-trust. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions, I approach our work with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your story.

I draw from approaches including IFS, AEDP, and somatic experiencing while always honoring your unique pace and needs. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll not only find relief from what’s been weighing you down, but also rediscover a deeper sense of connection to yourself, your relationships, and your capacity to thrive.”

Q & A

Describe Your Counseling Style

My approach is warm, empathetic, and deeply human. I like to slow things down and really see people for who they are; not just in what they say, but in how their body speaks and in the emotions that live beneath the surface. Our sessions may include moments of stillness, tears, and laughter. It’s through the felt senses, however they may show up, that not only insight emerges but the permission to live authentically.

How Do You Set Up Counseling Goals?

I often start with the question: “How do you want to feel?” Confident, calm, understood, less alone? These are more than words; they’re sensations that are within you and ready to be uncovered. Together, we’ll explore what those feelings mean for you and create a path where they can not only be discovered but celebrated.

Have You Been in Therapy Yourself?

Yes! And it’s one of the main reasons I became a therapist. Having a consistent space each week to slow down, alongside someone I trusted, helped me understand and accept myself in new ways. Therapy not only taught me the “why” behind certain thoughts and behaviors, but also gave me a deeply felt permission to be unburdened from what no longer served me and to embrace life in a new way.
